Hi, I’m Steph and I’m truly pleased to join you on this healing journey. Coming to therapy takes incredible bravery, and I want to honor that courage. As a trauma-focused therapist, I believe in the power of your unique story and the resilience that lies within you.

In our sessions, I use EMDR, sand tray therapy, and creative expression to help you communicate and access deeper parts of your experiences. These creative approaches can make it easier to explore feelings that may be difficult to articulate. Together, we’ll create a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to uncover and understand your emotions.
